1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through reliable courier partners such as Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 business days

4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 (flat rate) nationwide
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
6. Delays and Issues
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (like strikes, floods, or courier issues) may cause delays.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.
